As the name suggests,Elements are components you can use to assemble your own shots. Most commonly these would be sequences that have a premultiplied alpha channel thereby allowing you to easily composite the element into an existing shot. We also sell elements in the form of After Effects projects - these are After Files which you can use to set up and render your own shots. Naturally you will require a copy of Adobe After Effects in order to do so.
